The judges of the Nero Book Awards are simply asked to choose which reads they would most want to recommend to others.

The 2025 Category judges include authors, journalists and booksellers who have selected four books across four categories: Children’s Fiction, Debut Fiction, Fiction and Non-Fiction. Read more about our judges below.
