The judges of the Nero Book Awards are simply asked to choose which reads they would most want to recommend to others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The 2023 Category judges include authors, journalists and booksellers who have selected four books across four categories: Children\u2019s Fiction, Debut Fiction, Fiction and Non-Fiction. You can read more about the Category shortlists here<\/a>. On the 30th<\/sup> January the 16 books were whittled down to a selection of four winners, one from each category.
