Guerrilla gardening collective Birnam Wood seize upon a recently abandoned farm on New Zealand\u2019s South Island. ELEANOR CATTON<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Eleanor Catton is the author of The Luminaries<\/em>, winner of the 2013 Man Booker Prize and a global bestseller. Her debut novel, The Rehearsal<\/em>, won the Betty Trask Prize, was shortlisted for the Guardian<\/em> First Book Award and the Dylan Thomas Prize, and longlisted for the Orange Prize. As a screenwriter, she adapted The Luminaries<\/em> for television, and Jane Austen’s Emma<\/em> for feature film. Born in 1985 in Canada and raised in New Zealand, she now lives in the UK.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
